Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026
Effective date: August 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how EZ.AI Inc ("EZ.AI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use EzeBld.AI and our related websites, mobile applications, APIs, and services (together, the "Service").

We build AI-powered tools. That means some of what you give us — the things you type, upload, and generate — is processed by artificial intelligence systems, including systems operated by third parties. Section 5 explains exactly how that works, including how we use your content to improve our models and how to opt out. Please read it.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

Key points at a glance

This summary is for convenience only and is not a substitute for the full Policy below.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

EZ.AI Inc is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy. We are a Wyoming corporation with a business address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

Where we process personal information on behalf of a business customer — for example, data that a customer's own end users submit through a site or application built with EzeBld.AI — we act as a processor (service provider) and that customer is the controller. In those cases, our customer's privacy policy governs, and we process the data under a Data Processing Addendum, a copy of which is available by emailing privacy@ezebld.ai.

2. Definitions

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you give us

3.2 Information we collect automatically

3.3 Information from third parties

3.4 Optional, permission-based collection in our mobile app

Our mobile application requests the following permissions. Each is optional, each is requested only when you first use the relevant feature, and each can be revoked at any time in your device settings. Revoking a permission disables the associated feature but does not otherwise affect your access to the Service.

Data collected under these permissions may be uploaded to our servers to deliver the feature, or may remain on your device, depending on the feature.

3.5 Sensitive information

We do not ask you for sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not submit it through the Service unless a feature specifically requires it. If you include sensitive information in your Content, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so, and we will process it only as needed to provide the Service.

4. How we use information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

4.1 How we contact you, and how to stop it

We communicate with you through email, SMS text message, WhatsApp, push notification, and in-product notification. We treat two kinds of message differently:

Opting out. You can stop marketing messages at any time:

We honor opt-out requests promptly and in any event within 10 business days, and we will accept a request to stop messaging you made by any reasonable means, including a reply to the message or an email to privacy@ezebld.ai. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your account activity. Service messages are sent as events occur; marketing messages are sent no more than once per week. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

WhatsApp. WhatsApp messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. Your phone number and the content of those conversations are processed by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy in order to deliver them. Do not send us sensitive information over WhatsApp.

Messaging records. We keep records of the messages we send, your consent and opt-out history, and delivery and engagement data, so that we can honor your choices and demonstrate compliance with messaging laws.

5. How we handle AI

This section explains how AI features process your information. It is central to how the Service works.

5.1 You are interacting with an AI system

Features of the Service are powered by artificial intelligence. Content generated by these features is produced by an AI system, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and should be reviewed before you rely on or publish it. Where required by law, AI-generated Outputs are marked or labelled as artificially generated.

5.2 Our Model Provider

To generate Outputs, we transmit your Inputs — and, where relevant, related project context — to OpenAI, which processes them on our behalf through its standard API in order to return a result. We use OpenAI's standard API services, under which OpenAI does not use data submitted by us to train or improve its models, and retains data only for a limited period for abuse monitoring in accordance with its API data policies.

If we add or change Model Providers, we will update this Policy before routing your Inputs to a new provider.

5.3 Training and model improvement — and your opt-out

We may use your Content, including Inputs and Outputs, to train, fine-tune, evaluate, and improve the AI features and safety systems used in the Service. Before doing so, we take steps to remove or mask direct identifiers.

You can opt out at any time in your account settings, or by emailing privacy@ezebld.ai. Opting out does not limit or degrade any feature available to you.

Opting out applies going forward. Content that has already been incorporated into a trained model cannot be extracted from that model, but once you opt out we will not use your Content for any future training.

We do not use Content belonging to business or enterprise customers for training without their separate written agreement.

5.4 Human review

We limit human access to your Content. Authorized personnel and vetted contractors under confidentiality obligations may review Content only where necessary to: investigate a suspected violation of our Terms or a safety risk; respond to a support request you have made; comply with a legal obligation; or evaluate and improve model quality, unless you have opted out under Section 5.3. Access is logged and restricted to those who need it.

5.5 Automated decision-making

We use automated systems to scan and score activity for fraud, abuse, and safety, which can result in rate-limiting, feature restriction, or account suspension. We do not use automated processing to make decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you without human involvement, except where necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you or where permitted by law. If your account is restricted by an automated system, you may contact privacy@ezebld.ai to request human review and to contest the decision.

5.6 Your responsibilities for personal information in Inputs

If you submit personal information about other people — for example, in a customer database you upload or a website you build — you are responsible for having the legal right to do so, for providing any required notice to those individuals, and for obtaining any required consent. Where we process that data on your behalf, we do so as your processor under our Data Processing Addendum, available on request.

6. Legal bases for processing (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

We are a United States business and do not currently target or market the Service to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are located in one of those regions and use the Service, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

7. How we share information

We share personal information in the following circumstances, and not otherwise:

We do not share your contact details with third parties for those third parties' own marketing purposes.

We may retain information longer where required by law, where necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements, or where an account has been suspended for abuse — in which case we retain the minimum necessary to prevent the abuse from recurring.

9. Cookies, tracking, and advertising

We and our providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, tags, mobile SDKs, and local storage to operate, measure, and advertise the Service. We use:

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and can limit advertising identifiers through your device settings — on iOS through the app tracking and advertising controls, and on Android through the ads settings. The Service may not function properly without essential cookies.

9.1 Opt-out preference signals

You can opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for advertising purposes by emailing privacy@ezebld.ai or using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our website. We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals, which lack a common standard.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by emailing privacy@ezebld.ai.

11. Security

We maintain technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls and least-privilege permissions, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, monthly penetration testing, and security review of our providers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the security of anything you build and deploy using the Service. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

12. Your choices

13. Your privacy rights

13.1 Rights available to everyone

Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:

Submit requests to privacy@ezebld.ai. We will verify your identity before acting, typically by confirming control of the email address on the Account, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response — we will inform you of the outcome of the appeal, and of your right to contact your state attorney general, within the period required by law.

13.2 EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are in one of these regions, you may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, request restriction of processing, withdraw consent at any time, and object to direct marketing at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EEA, the authority in your country of residence or work. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

13.3 United States — state privacy rights

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington — have the rights described in Section 13.1, and, depending on their state, the right to:

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@ezebld.ai.

13.4 Sale and sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we use advertising and analytics technologies that disclose identifiers — such as cookie IDs, mobile advertising identifiers, and IP address — to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok so that we can measure and target our advertising. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, this is treated as "selling" and "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though we receive no money for it.

The categories of personal information involved are identifiers and internet or network activity information, as described in the Appendix.

To opt out, email privacy@ezebld.ai or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our website.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16, and the Service is not available to anyone under 18.

13.5 Notice of financial incentive

We offer referral credits, promotional discounts, and similar incentives that are provided in exchange for your participation in a program that involves the collection of personal information — typically your email address and, for referrals, the email address of the person you invite.

Participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time by emailing privacy@ezebld.ai, though withdrawal may mean forfeiting unredeemed credits or discounts. We calculate the value of your information by reference to the cost of the incentive we provide, which is the reasonable estimate of the value of the data to our business. We offer these incentives because they help us grow through existing users rather than paid acquisition, and we believe the value of the incentive is reasonably related to the value of the information provided.

13.6 California — additional disclosures

In the twelve months preceding the last-updated date of this Policy, we collected the categories of personal information set out in the Appendix. For each category, the sources, business purposes, and categories of recipients are described in Sections 3, 4, and 7. California residents may also request information about disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under California's "Shine the Light" law.

13.7 Other jurisdictions

If you are in Canada, Brazil, Australia, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection law, you may have equivalent rights under that law. Contact us and we will honor them to the extent they apply.

14. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@ezebld.ai and we will delete it. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will delete the information and terminate the account.

15. Third-party sites and services

The Service links to and integrates with services we do not control, and the sites and applications you build may link to third parties. This Policy does not apply to them. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

16. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email or prominent in-product notice before they take effect, and where the law requires it, we will obtain your consent. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Policy.
